The location is absolutely incredible, and the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal is truly the highlight. The views are spectacular and made our stay in Venice so memorable. We loved sitting outside watching the activity on the canal. It’s also a fantastic location for exploring Venice—very convenient to everything.

The interior could use a refresh to better match the exceptional location and view. In particular, the bedspread was quite worn and did not look or smell freshly cleaned. Fresh, higher-quality bedding would make a significant difference. The bathroom amenities could also be improved with better-quality shampoo and shower gel. The shower is only a handheld showerhead with no wall mount, so it has to be held the entire time. Adding a wall-mounted holder would be a simple but important improvement.

The furnishings were dated and sparse. The hot water pressure was non existent and sparse towels.

Their need to be a hook for the handheld shower piece so you can use it as a shower. We’re American so an ice cube tray for the freezer would be nice.

We loved the location of this place! We really liked the decor and of course the balcony was amazing! I can't say it enough, the location is PRIME! Truly, we would stay here again!!

There was 1 bathroom the conjoined the two rooms in this apartment. One of the rooms didn't have a lock on the door to the bathroom and it wouldn't close, so we have to have someone put something in front of it to keep it closed. We arrived to a clogged toilet. We made the property aware immediately. We tried to use it sparingly but it turns out it we weren't able to use it at all! We were there for 36hrs before they fixed it. We were there during a VERY HOT season, and 1 of the AC units was pretty touchy and would turn off. Ideally they would have had more AC units in this apartment for the size of it, which was really nice and spacious!
