We had the most wonderful time in Venice. The apartment is so well located...and the view overlooking the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge was amazing!!! I was awake with jetlag at 4am, and was able to sit in the little juliet balcony area and pull the window closed so I could chat to home and not wake my friends. The AC was a godsend. I slept on the sofabed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The lift, whilst small, fit our luggage for transfer up and down (only 2 flights to walk anyway), and although right on the Grand Canal, the noise was almost non-existent from the myriad restaurants below. I highly recommend this apartment. Worth spending a little more for location and a very charming apartment for 4 women.

Loved this apartment! So beautiful and right in the Grand Canal and the bridge! Perfect location and stay!!

Loved everything!

Location and size of the apartment were impressive. The three bathrooms were very good and everything was super clean. The view from the windows was stunning. High ceilings and ample living space. The directions to and from the apartment were easy to follow and the wifi was some of the strongest I have ever seen. This apartment is great for larger groups too as the space was very nice. The sofa bed was the best I have ever seen. The hosts were nice and mostly communicative. Thanks for the late checkout.

This place does NOT have a balcony. The windows open up to the river but there is not place to go out. Also, the shower heads need to be changed as they are a bit old. Also, the apartment is in need of a general make-over in terms of style. Just not my particular taste. Finally, the apartment requires that you empty your own trash a few blocks away and at certain morning hours on certain days. Apparently there is a fine if you don't. I found that to be very very strange. Otherwise, everything was very nice.
