We had a brilliant stay at 2 Towers Belfredelli while travelling with my wife and mother. The location is superb—right in the heart of Florence but still peaceful enough to relax after a busy day. The apartment itself is full of character and beautifully presented, and the area around it complements that perfectly, with lovely streets, cafés, and restaurants just moments away. Everything was spotless and well thought through, and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, clear, and responsive—and check-in was straightforward. It’s an ideal base for exploring Florence on foot, with all the main sights within easy reach. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Location was ideal and walkable. The host was very helpful as we needed to find a place late inthe evening at the last minute as the other booking fell through. Communication was exceptional and the views were amazing

NOTHING

Great location, within a 5-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, and in an area with many restaurants. Wonderful views over Florence. Easy to access the key to the property because of clear instructions provided beforehand.

I was told that there would be scaffolding around the building (tower), but not that there would be workmen outside the window, starting before 8:00 am on workdays (Monday to Friday). I should have made enquiries. Furnishings are bare-bones. Inadequate lighting in the living-room area.
