The people living above us were a bit noisy in the evening

The apartment was cute and small. I chose the apartment over a hotel because we could wash our clothes and cook our own food.
The host didn’t send instructions on how to pick up the keys until after check-in time. I was wandering around with my luggage and no way to get inside. That was an hour-long ordeal where I was stressed out, wondering if I had been scammed.
Some minor feedback about the apartment: I could feel the springs in the bed, and the rack for hanging wet clothes didn’t stay together.
