Staff were very helpful and extremely responsive! Extremely clean facilities. Lovely, hot shower.

It’s very hard to find if you arrive at night and walk from the station as you have to venture quite deep into areas your brain is screaming at you not to go down. There is an industrial extractor fan across the road that works constantly and the oscillating vibrations can’t be kept out by the windows, so it made sleeping very tricky. The family that lives upstairs also talks so loudly at 7am and lets their kid scream non-stop and bang chairs all morning as they get ready. There is also a rhythmic clicking at night from next door. Made my 4 days stay quite miserable in terms of sleep quality. The bathroom space is extremely tiny, you will bang all your joints. The very shallow drawer also fell out and landed on my foot when I was looking for a hairdryer. No oil or microwave, so while there is a kitchen and cookware, you can’t easily cook or heat up your food.

Very comfortable and well equipped. The host was helpful. Car parking in public area, free overnight.

Directions to the car parking were a bit confusing, the actual entrance is the other side (it sent me wrong way into a one-way area). I had to ask for the Wifi code as it didn't seem to be written down anywhere.

Great location and very self contained

Nothing

Location was convenient for people travelling by public transport. The flat is new and sparkling

In spite of instructions sent, it was difficult to find (the arrival of the host was extremely helpful). In spite of new appliances etc, there was little information about how to use them. I even had problems getting water out of the shower and the coffee I could find had gone hard.
