FOUND Hotel Carlton, Nob Hill

Perfect for solo traveling; nice queen sized bed in a decent sized room. Hotel is in a nice walkable area. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and offered great assistance. :D

This is a good budget option. It is adjacent to the tenderloin so for the faint of heart, you may want to consider that. Outside of that the rooms are fine full closet. I like the place.

This hotel is a boutique hotel. It's just a place to stay. Coffee and microwave are in the lobby. But it's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. There really weren't any amenities, no pool, no coffee in your room, no breakfast service. It truly is just a place to sleep and bathe. It's in a very centric part of the city so it was easy to get from place to place with public transportation. Room cost was very reasonable. I would stay there again next time I'm in town.

The best part of our stay was the interactions with Robbie at the front desk. From the time we checked in to check out, he went out of his way to be helpful, attentive and kind—even remembered our names! Always smiling and engaging, he represents the property well in his attention to quality customer experience.
