Okay the outside looks suspicious and “dirty” BUT BUT before you judge the exterior and the environment, do take into consideration that it is San Francisco. The hotel is extremely safe and they put endured safety. Parking garage, elevator (room key needed) to access rooms, rooms are clean, bars walking distance. 10/10 would book again! Also Pete and his dog are so sweet.

There is parking which waa great. The room was clean n the frig n microwave n TV were in good shape n worked. Hallway waa dirty n had an odor on the 3rd floor n it wqa noisy late at night. Needs a little bit of an upgrade but u cant beat the price n the location in the tenderloin district! I walked everywhere n it was close to stores n all parts of San Francisco! Lots of homeless people around but not a problem. Had a Great time in the city!!!

Our room was spacious and clean. My husband and 3 kids stayed. The beds were huge, a bit tough hut but not bad. The hallway had a weird smell but when we got inside the room, you couldn’t smell it anymore, it’s probably because the building is old. Free parking is a bonus. Overall, its a great place to stay for the low price considering it’s in downtown, close to Chinatown. My kids loved it. We would stay again.
