Parfait !

A very good, modern guest house. My room was large and had all the facilities a traveller needs.
Microwave, fridge and kettle.
There's no AC but a large fan was supplied.
A great bathroom with plenty of hot water.
An excellent location for battlefield sites.
Secure parking for my motorcycle.
There's no food here at all but two large supermarkets are less than 15 minutes walk away.

Cleanliness and convenience. Right in town.
The sooner they serve breakfast, at least, the more guests they will get.
