Everything. Good food, nice views, friendly staff

The property as a whole was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though their property was a bit flooded due to a flood in the Ninh Binh Area they did everything do make our stay as relaxing as possible. They are also able to organise a bunch of stuff such as tours and airport transfers. The property has breakfast included which tastes really great and the amount isn’t restricted. Lunch and dinner is also offered but not included. The food is also great and not really pricey. Best of all though they make everything themselves even though they have a pretty big selection of dishes to choose from.

The owner arranged a private driver who picked me up at my hotel and took me directly to her place. It was nice to get there quickly. My room was upgraded but it wasn't a necessity to have two beds as I was traveling solo. I was going to rent an electric bike but it wasn't what I expected so I just used one of their bikes. It wasn't free. But not expensive. There were a lot of home stays in the area so it was difficult to compare, but it's right on the river and very peaceful. On the way back I did a limousine and they first pick you up at the hotel and then transfer you to the bus. Same at the end they switch you to another car to take you directly to the hotel. Honestly it was just as fast. Overall a nice visit even though the 2nd day got rained out. I rode the bike to Van Long and for me, I loved it. An easy ride on the bike, an hour on the river with a wonderful woman and barely any one else out there! Overall because they were so helpful here arranging rides and being kind and flexible I would recommend the place.

Only thing I didn't like were the sheets. They felt a bit slippery to me and I like cotton sheets.

Such a lovely place to stay! Staff were fab and went out of their way, food was brilliant, room lovely, and pool was big and very relaxing! Highly recommend.
