Cleanliness, the host's courtesy and responsiveness, the option to have towels and linens changed mid-stay, the option to use a beach umbrella, early check-in.
Location - there’s a bar next to the apartment that plays music EXTREMELY loudly until 3 a.m. The worst parts are the bass going through the walls and the DJ screaming into the microphone during most songs. I don’t recommend this accommodation for families with children or people who aren’t into partying. Also, there’s no frying pan or sharp knife in the kitchen, and there’s no wall hook or hanger.
