Very peaceful and serene, excellent service by staff. Food quality was also excellent. The reception staff were really very helpful. Overall great value for money

Nothing, everything was superb

Of course — I’d add the views and peaceful atmosphere as a key part of the review. Here’s the updated version: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Outstanding Stay at Himmel Skardu We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Himmel Skardu. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely rooms that are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The views of the surrounding mountains are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such incredible scenery every morning was a real highlight of our stay. The hotel also has such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and switch off from the outside world. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the team were kind enough to accommodate an early check-in and complimentary breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture after our journey. A special mention must go to our hotel host, Majid, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive and always available whenever we needed assistance. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his warm hospitality really made our stay special. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning and the quality of the food was excellent. The fresh parathas and eggs were particularly good, and breakfast was always served with care. Irfan deserves a special mention — we were greeted every morning with a smile, which was such a lovely way to start the day. We were also lucky enough to have dinner at the hotel a few times, and on one evening the team went above and beyond by arranging a bonfire especially for us. Sitting around the bonfire surrounded by the mountains was such a memorable experience and a wonderful personal touch. The hotel facilities were fantastic. We enjoyed some wonderful massages, with very professional and skilled therapists, and made great use of the hot tub, sauna and pickleball courts.

Only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the road to hotel but nothing to do with hotel

Excellent service and wonderful experience! Zaheer Awan at the front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, and provided exceptional customer care throughout our stay. The spa was one of the best I have experienced, and Tehzeeb was highly professional with his brilliant massage skills.

Food quality could improve

Everything was up to the mark, I really enjoyed my stay.
