Clearwater Beach gem. Beachfront, 9th floor condo. Spectacular views.
Situato vicino a Sand Key Bridge, all'estremità tranquilla di Clearwater Beach. Nono piano, unità centrale lato golfo. Incredibili viste dal soggiorno e ciascuna delle camere da letto. Godere di tramonti mozzafiato e l'esperienza dolce sole del mattino mentre ci si rilassa sul balcone spazioso.
Completamente attrezzata, luminoso, cucina aperta con granito-top e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Ampia sala da pranzo / soggiorno e 2 camere da letto molto ampie (15 'x 15'). pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto e camere recentemente ri-moquette. Squisitamente decorato, recentemente ristrutturato e riarredato con nuove finestre resistenti agli urti e porte scorrevoli in vetro.
L'edificio di recente aggiornato dispone di una hall sicura, 2 ascensori, club house, piscina riscaldata / spa, sauna, sala conferenze, sala biliardo, biblioteca / ufficio e altro ancora. Piano terra patio conduce a una piscina geotermica riscaldata si affaccia l'acqua e ad una bella spiaggia privata. Molto rilassante e tranquilla atmosfera. Conveniente per ristoranti e le attività sociali: a due minuti a piedi da Shepherd di; dieci minuti a piedi da Pier 60. Parcheggio coperto e assegnato.

My family and I stayed in this condo for the month of November and had a GREAT time. This condo is perfectly situated near many wonderful restaurants, is on the beach and is easily accessible with an assigned parking spot. Across the street is Gondoliers Pizza that has delicious pizza, Italian and Greek cuisine-- and they deliver! Down the street is Frenchy's Beach Cafe that has some really good sandwiches. There's also supermarket (Publix) that's close by to get some groceries for those days or nights you don't want eat out.
The unit was very clean when we arrived and we really enjoyed our stay. It's also a quiet building that provided us with many opportunities for some rest and relaxation. One thing we were concerned about when we were searching for places to stay, were the beds. We always had a goodnights rest since both bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses. The best part was waking up to the beautiful views from both the bedrooms.
I would definitely recommend this condo and am planning to return next year.

My family has stayed in this condo twice. It has all the comforts of home (but with much better views). Each room has spectacular views of the Gulf. The condo is fully equipped, and very comfortable. A favorite activity of ours is sitting on the balcony and watching sea life. The water is so clear you can see everything. Last time we were there we watched a manatee swim by every morning. The beach is peaceful and very private. There is also a large dock above and pool overlooking the water. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. They take pride in their condo and want their guests to enjoy their stay. We absolutely love this spot and will definitely stay again.

This condo is very spacious and the rooms are large - including the bathrooms. The view is beautiful and the building is very quiet and peaceful. It's the perfect place for a long stay. The owners keep the place immaculate and the kitchen has everything you need. The private sandy beach is a plus and the location is in the center of everything. You will not regret your stay here ................. We'll be back!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo with stunning views of Clearwater Pass, sunsets and a dolphin/manatee every now and then. We loved sitting out on the patio to watch the sunsets. Great layout and very roomie. We rented stand up paddle boards next door. Lots to do in the area. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would go again and again....
