The villa offers breathtaking views of olive groves, vineyards, farmhouses, and, in the distance, the Apuan mountains.

The Apartment at Villa delle Croci is part of a larger Villa, but features its own private entrance. This apartment has three parking spaces, three double bedrooms with individual bathrooms, a small but functional and fully equipped kitchen, a sitting and dining area, and, of course, lovely terraces surrounded by gardens overlooking the Valleys of San Casciano and Montespertoli.

This listing is for a private apartment which is located on the second floor of the Villa. The owner lives on the first floor, and will not be accessing the second floor. The second floor apartment has its own entrance, and shares the garden and pool.

Central heating is not included in the price, but will be calculated separately.

Each air conditioning unit has its own calculating system, and will be paid separately.

In the fridge you will find: water, bread, jam, eggs, milk.

At your arrival you will be greeted with a welcoming drink.

Guests who are staying for more than 5 days will be greeted with a Welcome Dinner including wine on the first evening.

A cleaning service every 7 days is included.
