Such a beautiful location by Lake Atitlán! Grounds have beautiful flowers and cute animals, staff are so kind, and the food and jacuzzi are lovely too! Would go back in a heartbeat

Expensive, but well worth it. The private hot tub was amazing

Gardens are very nice
Cobwebs on ceiling and on patio chairs. Specks of dust on the pillows against the wall for both beds. Bed sheet had stains. Poor or no lighting along the path from bungalows to reception and parking lot. Staff did the bare minimum for guests. For example, staff or hotel could have provided coffee even if restaurant was not open yet. Tip left at the hotel for our driver was never given to him.
