Location is good. The staff is great.
The mattress was too hard, springs are coming out.
No AC. No fan.
No hot water in the shower
Room is too hot.
There’s a sewer that runs next to the property and it smells like sewer. It’s gross

Such a lovely hotel, really nice and clean. We had the upstairs room with two double beds and it even had 2 bathrooms. The balcony and view was gorgeous. I heard from others that it was noisy in the downstairs garden room but the room we had there was no issues (other than the usual dogs and cockerels which is pretty much everywhere). The jacuzzi is included and was fab, we used most nights. Has a pool table and table tennis too.
San Marcos is lovely but night time didn’t feel completely safe there to walk around too much with myself as a solo female with my son who is 8.
Room was cleaned every day!
Couple more vegetarian/vegan options on the menu would be nice :-).

the property have everything you needed right there. nice pool and right can walk right up to lake for great swimming area. has nice rooms with large shower heats and hot water. hot tubs were nice when you told them enough time to get warmed up. restaurant has really great cocktails and the best pizza I have had in Central America. has a game room. staff was super accommodating and helped me with everything and even let me check out late. would definitely recommend and stay here again. wifi is good.

The place it great to chill and relax in San Marcos for a couple days. It has lake access and a nice area to hang out and enjoy the sun. You can refill your water bottle at the reception.
The restaurant is a bit pricy but there‘s lot‘s of options in San Marcos.

The staff was extremely helpful, they upgraded us for free. The beach space was very nice.
The rooms can use some updating with how they are decorated to make them feel warmer.

Close to the Lanchas, directly located at the lake
no daylight in my room, not very competent staff at reception

Dogs barking all night. Room was small with loud metal door that made the room feel like a cell. I was overcharged for a cup of black coffee in the morning. The shower was backed up.

beds really uncomfortable, facilities bare, building is not finished so construction ongoing. would avoid.

Amazing view of the Atitlen lake and the bar is excellent it has a great selection of cocktails and the staff are very friendly

the location was perfect, right next to the lake, peacefull but nearby the town where you could find what you needed. The room was big and comfy.

The lake view. The restaurant was very good the food exceeded my expectation, was a surprise because the rest of the hotel was a disaster.
The whole place is a construction site. The Jacuzzi is deplorable. Staff not very friendly. Very badly designed. I cannot understand how Booking.com has this place rated at 5 stars. The most I would give is 2 star.

It was on the lake. The room was really nice.
1. The pool is tiny and wasn’t clean. 2. We booked a room with terasa and It was a shared one, and It was not exactly with a view to the lake. 3. They didn’t clean our room until we aske for it.

the property is poorly design and the amount of noise from other rooms, halls and kitchen can get annoying. Not a good value for the cost there were other hotels around the shore that perhaps were nicer.
