The ambient, service and courtesy were fenomenal, the only thing I considered cumbersome will be how difficult the access road is, specially if guests will be bringing larger vehicles

overall amazing experience! the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The food and views were the best part. Loved staying here

Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.

Our room was a little small, but everything else was amazing! I would definitely stay here again
