Very nice e, timely clean value for money
Excellent place to stay in Cairo
Very cooperative staff and manager

For a local hotel (not a franchise) it is was very good. The family rooms have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small living/kitchen which was great for iur needs. It is one if the best buildings in the area. Well maintained.
The wifi was very poor. Many areas in Cairo were not well maintained. Whilst the hotel is very well maintained, the area (as with many others in Cairo) was not.
