Cristina was AMAZING! We had some flight issues and got in really late and she was so helpful and responsive, and stayed up to help us get in so we didn’t have to book another place to stay that night.
AC didn’t keep the room very cool, but definitely helped! The view from our room was just another building, so not much to look at. But that was okay because we really only slept in there and spent all of our time outside otherwise.

Very quaint and beautiful room. Location is spectacular - walking distance to all key attractions and authentic restaurants. We came a bit earlier than check in time and were allowed to leave our luggage which was helpful. Plenty of towels available (although no room service daily which we didn’t mind). Bathroom is clean, well equipped but tiny (washing sink is in the main bedroom/living area. Overall great stay! Highly recommend.
No safe in room - that made us a bit stressed about taking our important documents and money with us all the time. There was heavy construction during our stay so sleeping in past 7am was virtually impossible.

Newly refurbished and nicely clean bathroom, possibility to store the luggage before the check-in, great location - close to the city center.
A/C not strong enough - though there was a heatwave outside during our stay.
