The communication re the keys was very good as was all communication from the managers. The shower was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very convenient for the central mall and train station. It wasn't near the 'waterfront' but did front Water Street! There was access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The fan in the bedroom was a little noisy. The room overlooked the street frontage and car park but wasn't too noisy. It is on the same site as the Southern Cross apartments which would have been useful to know.
