Since I often have to check in late due to the nature of my business trips, I mostly book places that allow late check-ins. Out of the two accommodations I use in Cairns, this place stands out because self-check-in is super easy, and whenever I ask for extra assistance, the staff always rush over with a big smile, making for a very pleasant stay. It’s located right next to a shopping mall, and it only takes about 12 minutes to reach the Convention Center—where I go for work—as well as the Night Markets and the Lagoon, so the location is truly great. I definitely see myself booking here regularly in the future.
I left in such a hurry this morning that I forgot the food I left in the fridge. I hope someone got to eat it instead of it going to waste.

Price and location close to bus station.
No early check in or anywhere to leave luggage for day.
NO extra pillows and pillows there very flat! Very uncomfortable for sleeping.
NO coffee provided, or jug to put in fridge for cold water.
