Perfect location for a weekend of theatre-going. Quieter than expected, given central location. Though that could have something to do with being on the fourth floor.
Hard to fault the flat itself. Maybe put a small bottle of milk in the fridge to go with the complimentary tea and coffee.
Host's communication was excellent throughout. Impressive.
As the listing makes clear you have to walk up to the fourth floor. But not really a problem: we expected that.
In a perfect world maybe an 11:00 checkout instead of 10:00 would be nice? Especially on a Sunday.

Absolutely excellent apartment, great location, very silent event it is in the city center. Very cosy atmosphere in the apartment, there was everything you need. Very clean. Would love to stay there again.
It was a bit confusing at the beginning how the electronic door lock worked - it would be great to add to the description that you have to touch the pad with your whole hand, not just a finger :)
But otherwise everything was perfect!

The apartment was huge! Had a washer dryer, full kitchen, large bedroom and lounge area we could use as a second bedroom. It was cool, not noisy even with construction next door. Fantastic and central location. It wasn't cheap but I think it was the most cost effective option and good value for money. There were clear instructions on how to get in and how to leave the apartment. We had no issues at all during our stay. I'd stay here again when next in town.
As to be expected in Europe, there were very narrow stairs to get to the top floor apartment, nothing to be done, thankfully you only have to go up with luggage once.

The beauty of the interior, so carefully curated by the owners, vanished because of the flat's discomfort. It does not include breakfast, but coffee and tea are provided. It would be more useful if we could find some water in the fridge.
The flat was terribly hot; you could not breathe inside. The owner provided only a small fan for 1 room (which was impossible to cool it), but in the living room where we were supposed to sleep the kids it was nothing. Despite opening the windows, we could not sleep all night. ( We wasn't able to open the kitchen window as it was damaged) Also the tub was a bit dirty. The stairs to the flat were so tiny and you needed to be very carefully not to fall.
