Wonderful apartment, exactly what i wanted, great location, dream time in Venice, no complaints.Only issue not dryer in the apartment for washing machine, not sure whether dryers are allowed in Venice.

Great location, and good property

Overall the property was great, nice central location to check out Venice. Plenty of space for us with our young daughter and two kids would be no problem. We stayed in Magica 2. Directions were easy to find the key location and get to the apartment. Anywhere you go realize you’ll be going up and down some stairs and usually staying on the 2nd-4th floors if it’s your first time. WiFi worked well. Some nights the square can get a little loud at times late in the evening but playing some white noise/fan noise softly drowns it out. The only thing that could be improved is the bed is quite broken in and could be replaced. We are smaller and there is a noticeable drop on both sides that you feel like you’re laying in a hole. Didn’t make the sleep terrible but could make it much better.

The property and location were excellent. The area requiring improvement are the instructions to the hotel. For example there was no clear instructions stating to go back to the train station and take a water taxi or where to go to take a water taxi from the lock box collection. Overall Venice is a marvellous place to visit and we enjoyed our stay.
