From the moment we arrived, Luigi and Betta made us feel less like guests and more like old friends. Luigi, in particular, seems to possess a special talent for making wishes come true — rather like a friendly goldfish in human form! The breakfasts deserve a review of their own. They were absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and so generous that they often doubled as our second breakfast and afternoon snack. Every morning brought something new to look forward to. The apartment itself is charming and full of character, with plants everywhere — large and small, in every room — creating a peaceful, vibrant atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The location is excellent. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find a wonderful seafood restaurant serving an outstanding brodetto and offering an impressive selection of excellent wines. Combined with the nearby lighthouse, the sea breeze, and the relaxed pace of Punta Penna, it creates a truly unforgettable experience. We have stayed in many places, but very few leave such warm memories. If paradise had a guesthouse, it might look very much like this one. Thank you, Luigi and Betta — we hope to return!

Luigi .
