A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Surrounded by secular olive groves and corn fields, La Masseria is situated in Contrada San Leonardo in Vasto.
It is surrounded by a unique landscape, located in the immidiate neighbourhood of the mountains of Abruzzo and the most famouse seaside resorts. The skyblue colour, recreating the original colour of the eighteenth-century, found on an ancient brick recovered during the excavations, will delight the scenery suiting perfectly the shades of the sky and yellow corn fields.
La Dimora del Conte is the most noble residence of the property, distinguished by exclusive porticos and an elegant, timeless atmosphere.
Once the residence of the Ricci Counts, who stayed at the family Masseria during the 19th century, it still preserves the charm of a historic home.
Crossing the private garden, a staircase leads to the first floor, where a magnificent furnished portico with table and seating opens — often bathed in the warm light of sunset.
Inside, guests are welcomed into a spacious living room featuring a period fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a double sofa bed. The residence is arranged on a single level and includes two bedrooms — one double bedroom and one French-size bedroom — as well as one bathroom.
From the bedrooms, guests can access the large portico with lounge seating, which extends the living space outdoors and fills the home with light and openness.
