A proposito di questa soggiorno in fattoria struttura in affitto
Surrounded by secular olive groves and corn fields, La Masseria is situated in Contrada San Leonardo in Vasto.
It is surrounded by a unique landscape, located in the immidiate neighbourhood of the mountains of Abruzzo and the most famouse seaside resorts. The skyblue colour, recreating the original colour of the eighteenth-century, found on an ancient brick recovered during the excavations, will delight the scenery suiting perfectly the shades of the sky and yellow corn fields.
La Dimora Gentilizia enjoys a central position within the Masseria, overlooking the small square and located just steps from the swimming pool, while still offering the privacy of its own secluded garden.
Crossing the spacious private garden, carefully maintained and enhanced by a majestic century-old mulberry tree, you reach a large furnished portico with table and lounge seating, an ideal setting for al fresco dining and relaxing moments.
Inside, a welcoming living area opens with a sofa and dining space, accompanied by a bathroom and a second sitting area featuring a double sofa bed. The kitchen, distinguished by beautiful antique majolica tiles, blends functionality with historic charm, overlooking the garden and allowing for both indoor and outdoor use.
The residence includes two double bedrooms, both overlooking the greenery, offering bright and comfortable interiors.
