We didn't have breakfast facilities
Room 104 was small and visitors complained that when sitting infront of the desk having breakfast, if the other person wanted to past, the person had to stood up.

The location was perfect because it was near many stores, restaurants and the south beach
The rooms are as shown on the website, there’s Wi-Fi
Noise, I can hear my neighbours partying insides their rooms, the walls are thin
The basin tap didn’t have hot water
No mop

It is within a Walking distance beach and close to supermarket
Property itself is clean and beautiful but room I booked was not smelling good I think because of poor Ventilation and doesn’t have proper windows
