The location was ideal for the city centre and train station. The property was ideal for us as a mixed group. We had an enjoyable stay. Thank you!
There was a small issue with the top floor bathroom BATH plug. After having a shower, the water would drain away very slowly, so the next person taking their shower would be stepping into a pool of water and this continued for the four people sharing the bathroom. Just needs some hot water and soda crystals to pour down the plughole and clear the pipes. This was not an issue for us, (we are all friends), but could be something major for your next hirers. Also, I expect you are not even aware of the problem, but hopefully will be able to rectify the issue now.

Spacious, great for a friends get together, comfortable, clean, just what we needed
A cafeteria and more than 4 tea bags would be nice

The location
The communal space was far too small for 6 people. Not enough crockery or glassware, kitchen was ill equipped.
