Near the beach and the airport

1 bathroom was not functional, functional bathroom was in the bedroom therefore we had to go into the bedroom where people were sleeping at night. Owner did not compensate for facility not having 2 functional toilets, told me ‘ I am unlucky’. 1/2 roll of toilet paper supplied by facility for 4 people for a 1 night stay. The bed in the loft had sand on the pillow and sheets. Property manager/ owner was not sympathetic to concerns addressed nor willing to compensate for facility not being as advertised. Not in the best area- garbage on the beach and streets.
