Moxy Asheville Downtown

Location was great! Loved that we had a balcony overlooking the mountains.

Confusing to get into.

Fabulous location so I could walk to everything around downtown, including many wonderful restaurants. I love the model of having a smaller room but large common areas to hang out in (to read a book, work on my computer), while I sipped on a beverage. I've often stayed at hotels like this in Europe (including the Moxy in Paris) and it really works wonderfully. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming - great intro to Asheville. Also, amazing restaurant IN the hotel. (I had to smile at the review that complained about the "folding chair hanging on the wall." Oh honey, that is the luggage rack and they put it there to have it out of the way. And I think the same person complained about the welcome drink - if you don't want it, don't take it and stop complaining. It's free and a nice gesture. Sheesh.)

Not a thing. The Moxy was a great experience.
