Beautiful view, condo was really nice

Overall the condo was great. Perfect location, pools/amenities were great. My kids enjoyed the beach, inlet, pools, tennis, and docks. Overall the property felt safe and quiet. We had one inconvenience, the fridge was running and cool but not keeping an acceptable temperature. I thought maybe it was from being turned down after the prior guest left or from loading a weeks worth of groceries in at once. So I gave it a day and half and it did not improve so I contacted the host. He immediately ordered a new fridge and offered a cooler/ice and reimbursement for anything that went bad. Not ideal but he handled it the best he could. My only real complaint would be the cleanliness of the primary room bathroom. The shower was pretty gross and had lots of mold/mildew build up and hair. The bunk room shower drain was clogged and backing up. I again contacted the host and he had it unclogged next day. I understand the units get messy and the cleaning crews only get a few hours to clean multiple units, but this one could use a deep cleaning and that would be my only complain. The host was very responsive and did a great job managing the few issues we had. Overall our stay was great and I would recommend Pinnacle Port to family and friends.

Nice place, good location. Generally well furnished

The unit was clean and upgrades were very cute.Weather was a little cool so we didn’t go in the pool. Host was very attentive. Water was beautiful!
