Everything a lovely place to stay

Nothing we didn’t like

Lovely location, hot tub was great! Beautiful views and we where surrounded by nature.

We had alot of wasps around our cabin, it made it difficult to sit outside. The turning off the A1 could be improved. Check in was also delayed by an hour as we did not recieve our lodge number.

The location was amazing and perfectly quiet for what we needed. It was perfect for a relaxing long weekend getaway, with plenty of shops just 10 minutes away from us. The hot tub was private to us under a small chalet and overlooked the small pond in the middle which looked beautiful when it was sunny. The pod was exceptionally clean when we first arrived and everything was easy to find when we needed it; there were small information sheets about the hob and microwave which were very useful to us, and there was also a small barbecue. There was also a restaurant and bar just along from the pod site which was lovely to pop into on an evening! Would 100% recommend staying here to everyone and will definitely be coming back at some point in the near future, wish we didn’t have to leave!

Not a huge issue but sometimes there was little signal for your phone unless you stood on the balcony outside of your pod.

The location was remote and peaceful. The air fryer in the lodge was great. The shower worked

The trees overhang onto the pod and bash against it. I ended up climbing the tree in the middle of the night to fix this too get some sleep. The lake view from my pod was minimal due to trees blocking it, we got the short straw compared to everyone else. Lack of essentials like toilet roll and bin bags, we didn't complain about this as we had some in the van.
