Rooms spacious. Dining area was a little small. Bigger table n chairs would have bettered this.

The house is new. Clean and tidy.
The sofa in the lounge is not comfortable. no mattress on it and you will sit directly into the spring of the sofa. No airconditioning or electric fan in the rooms upstairs. It is really hot specially we stay during summer christmas holiday. It is really hot.

The location and size was good.
Sofa was broken. Not enough chairs at the dining room table. No choice of pillows. No bedside lights downstairs. Flashing lights all night upstairs from the neighbours.

"The house and location was perfect for our family. We fit our 3 vehicles in our parking allocated for the house. All 5 bedrooms were big. The 3 bathrooms were great. We used the washing/drying machine..."
