Central location , very cozy had all the amenities you needed , good information sheets , and local books to help you get around , and a cafe underneath open at 8.30 for breakfast if you didn’t want to cook .
Nothing a nice property to stay in

Location excellent with view of Market Place and close to shops.
Quiet at night, no disturbance.
Short walk to seafront.
Comfortable settee and bed.
Lovely hot shower.
Difficulty accessing keysafe but contacted appropriate person on phone who gave advice and arranged for help if required. Advice given solved difficulty.
However the main drawback is the intermittent WiFi connection and unable to access TV programmes other than 5 obscure channels. In joining instructions this is mentioned with suggestion of using iPlayer however I didn't manage to access BBC or other channels via TV app or on iPad.
Not vital for this reviewer but may be an issue for some people.

Great location in the centre of town and the Cafe below is great for breakfast or just a cream tea.
