Nice roomy house, good location surprisingly quiet for being so close to so many major roads. Internet worked well and owner always responded to calls and questions.
The place could benefit from a deep clean, seems like a while it hasn't had one. Floors were sticky, windows were quite dirty. We also found a lot of trash from previous renters under the beds and in the bathrooms. We informed the owner and he seemed grateful for the feedback so hopefully it has been sorted.

It was a good size, as advertised. Responsive owners when faced with a concern
There was an unpleasant smell in one of the bedrooms which could not be sourced or fixed. There also was no additional lighting in the room (bedside lamp).
