Very good value for money.
Easy key collection and effective communication with the host.
Cleanliness.
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, even I didn't need use any of those for an overnight stay.
Nice neighborhood, walking distance to subway as well as S-Bahn.
Bed comfort - bed too soft, pillow too hard but I'm aware that's subjective and based on personal preferences.
