Great location! The property is nice, clean and looks like the posting.
There was an issue with the internet and the owner was informed.

This is a spacious and well-equipped apartment in a good location for exploring the city. Trams and the metro are very close and easy to access. The beds are comfy and the bathroom facilities good for a group. The apartment is well-managed. The staff are responsive and quickly act on any issue brought to their attention. Access through a series of coded doors is easy. The apartment is a quiet place to stay although it is on a main road.
Travelers should note that only one bedroom has a window to the outside. There is air conditioning in all but one bedroom. This one is very small and not especially inviting. The main electrical sockets in the kitchen require attention as does some of the flooring in the lounge area.

Nice and spacious. Good sized bedrooms
No door on toilet in main bedroom looked like it had been broken previously. Door on shower in main bathroom loose and not closing properly. Shower in other bedroom leaking onto bedroom floor where door did not close properly. Some plug sockets loose and hanging off wall.

It has accomodation for eight and a large central living space with good dining area.
The smell is terrible due to old pipes that cannot be fixed. It is particularly bad in one of the bedrooms that has a shower in it and the main bathroom. If you are sensitive to bad odours, you will find one bedroom and the central bathroom
We also had a smoke detector beeping through the entire stay. We had a commitment from the manager to get it fixed, but it never happened.
