The Address Loft Pal Str Luxury Experience for Groups
The Loft is a very large and spacious apartment, fully renovated, right in the beautiful city centre right next to the party area and to main touristic attractions. It has 7 bedrooms, 2 connected large living rooms and three bathrooms.
It has been built in a charming, industrial loft style with large windows and high ceiling, creating a great sense of space.
Next to restaurants, all public transportations, shopping mall, groceries and anything which is needed for a pleasant stay.
EVENTS: Pal street Loft is waiting for you as a venue for events such as birthdays, family-, friends- or company meetings. The Loft is a very large (160 m2) comfortable space . The apartment is suitable to accommodate big groups of friends or families, up to 22 sleeps.
The Loft has its own private entrance guarantying comfort and privacy.
In the living room there is a big extendable table that can sit 12 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appareals and accessories (plates, cuttlery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, dish washing machine, big fridge with freezer, etc.)and includes a smaller table (up to 8 people).
We where always extremely sensitive to the cleaning process of the unit but now we are taking even more care by a deep disinfection after each stay in accordance with the guidelines of Covid19.
Fresh bed and bathroom linen in 100% quality cotton are provided to all guests.
SMOKING: No smoking in the property . In case of inside smoking 1000€ extra charge we will charged.
CHECK-IN time from 16:00, CHECK-OUT time before11:00am. Prior agreement we can grant different timings if we have no guest before/after your arrival. Luggage deposit can be arranged free of charge upon pripor agreement.
EXTRA GUESTS: Our prices depend on sleeping person number. Minimum price is valid for 10 adult guests. Here you can book for maximum 16 people, if your group will be more, please write us, we have beds for maximum 22 people . You can give us extra guest number a day before arrival .
Prices over 10 people:
+ adult 25-50€/person/night according season
NOISE RULES: After 10:00pm loud noise, music, yelling, disturbing neighbors is not allowed, we have to accept they peace, thank you. Budapest nightlife is perfect, you can enjoy several music clubs, bars in the city center. If you would like to make an event, or party, please follow this rule, in case of non-observance the whole group must leave IMMEDIATELY the Loft without refund. We are very stick about this rule, because after your departure we will leave together with our neighbors, thank you for your understanding.

Lovely apartment in a good location. Short distance from local bars/shops and a 10 minute walk down to the river. I would definitely recommend to any large families/groups travelling to Budapest.

My wife, four adult children and I enjoyed our stay in this cool-looking, clean and well stocked rental for the 2023 Hungarian Formula One Grand Prix. It’s designed to function as two rentals so there’s a large and small kitchen, with a hot plate and smaller refrigerator in the second one. Appliances were new. Two and a half baths with showers. The hosts were pleasant and their rental manager was responsive. The photos are accurate. Download the Simple App for street parking, and available spaces were not difficult to find. I’d stay again. There’s one video surveillance camera in the common area near the entrance. It’s a safe area to stay.

We were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Budapest. The staff were courteous and helpful. Check in and out we’re easy and we asked before to have stuff for breakfast and coffee and all was taken care of
