Location is perfect.
The air conditioning was not functioning properly upon our arrival. It took about an hour and a visit from a technician before it started working. However, even after the repair, it remained very weak and struggled to cool the apartment adequately.
The cleanliness could definitely be improved. It wasn’t spotless on arrival, and a more thorough cleaning would have made the stay much more enjoyable.

Locatie!

Lovely location right near the waterfront. Quiet in the evening despite being close by to restaurants.
Local parking can be challenging on busy days and free parking is almost impossible on any day. Would be advantageous to have received advice on good locations to park as I learned that there are some secluded parking places that can be found. Also use the app to pay for parking so you only pay for the time accurately will limit the cost. This is not negative on the property, just the local facility of parking.

Top location, comfortable and big bed, and a powerful AC. With good isolation of the house, so it kept cool during the night.
There was a bit of a smell of plumbing coming from the shower.
