Great location.. approx 10 minutes flat walk beside Lake Como from our chosen train station.. Como Nord Lago, no problems with suitcases. Apartment managers were very responsive and gave great directions to the apartment and to get the keys. Apartment was well appointed, clean and modern, light, bright and private. Right next to the funicular too.
A tiny bit of feedback to the managers was to provide more towels if staying 4 plus nights.

The apartment was spacious, quiet, had a good selection of cooking utensils and cutlery and best of all the location was excellent.
Perhaps a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang dressing gowns/clothes or toilet bags.

Close to Lake Como
Staff very difficult to work with. Very limited amenities. No working smoke detector or CO monitor on property as required by law. No blanket for bed. Provided the wrong keys for entry leaving us standing in the alleyway entrance while staff argued with us by phone that the keys should work. They made us send them a video of us trying the keys in the door. Finally we discovered they had put the wrong set of keys in the lockbox. Spent over 2 hours texting regarding blanket and smoke detector as they would not commit to providing either.
