Window didn’t quite close fully

This hotel is located in the heart of Blackpool, very close to the seafront and other attractions. I booked well in advance and it was very good value for money. I appreciated the way the hotel went out of their way for me: when I arrived the maid was still cleaning my room and asked me to wait for ten minutes. Whilst this was not ideal, I soon received a text from the hotel advising me I had been moved to a larger room. This was unexpected and I was grateful for it. There was also a fan in the room due to the warm weather - another nice touch.

This is not a major criticism but the street outside can be quite noisy due to the location.

Good location and surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and bright . The bed was very comfortable with a thick memory foam mattress topper. Tv facilities were more than you get in most and the in-house internet was really good . Staying as a solo female I felt very safe and the other guests were quiet and respectful.

There was nothing negative to say everything was good I will definitely book again

Nice room for the money

Roof window with no blind so was up at 6am every morning
