The room was excellent though a hike from the elevators. My room service was prompt but plastic utensils is a negative especially for eating steak. I’d suggest that management review the room service menu

From the valet attendants to the smiling staff at check in, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is extremely clean and opulent.
The hotel is in a perfect location to many of the DC sites and Theater district. Easy walking distance to these and some amazing restaurants.
