I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Bali. The resort was incredibly serene and peaceful, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff, who were always warm, attentive, and responsive to any requests or questions.
The team also organised seamless airport transfers, making the entire experience stress-free from arrival to departure. Their outstanding service, combined with the tranquil atmosphere, made for a memorable stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this resort to others.

Beautiful location and really great staff. The manager was able to move us from a room with twin beds to a kitchen by bedroom on the third floor. Great view of the ocean and food options aplenty in the hotel.

Loved our stay here. We did a Club benefit Family Suite and the room was large and clean. I found the bed a bit form but they added a mattress topper.
Club amenities were lovely. I loved own private pool and lounge.
The staff were amazing. They would drop everything and help and it felt genuine. Absolute lovely time.
