A Reception staff told me not to make my reservation when I checked in. It took long time to make sure my reservation without his apology to me and I had to wait for check-in.

Weather delays in Detroit forced flight cancelations. Next available flight was the following day. It was 11 pm and we needed a hotel. This hotel was a lifesaver! Free airport shuttle service. An amazing night shift clerk. And a delicious bed to sleep for a few hours.
Every day needs a hero. Last night, the Courtyard staff at this hotel were ours! Thank you Courtyard for salvaging our sanity. You are the best!
