The beds were very comfortable, had a fridge and microwave in room which was great, the shower with glass doors was alittle weird but nice water pressure. Bathroom was very clean and the room was spacious. Over all it was nice. They also allow dogs for an extra fee of 25 bucks so that was a plus for me since I traveled with my furry friend.

The location. Finding flynn drive was TERRIBLE at night with no signs to point you in the right direction to this hotel until your right upon it down this small road.. the receptionist was on her cell phone the entire time while checking me in was very unprofessional she handed me the key and went to sit back down in her area ... there also is no bell to inform when someone is waiting to be checked in or out which is odd. Also very small TV and was not given a guide or wifi information.

Very friendly staff and very safe area. There were food places close by. It was close to airport.

The AC in the room did not work.

The front desk staff were not very warm. They didn’t greet, or utter a word. They just looked up and stared at you at the reception rather than welcoming the guests verbally and with a smile. This was the case with 2 reception staff. No one answered the phone for almost 2 hours to request a shuttle. No one answered the reception phone, it felt that they answered and then placed on hold immediately. Had to get on one other shuttle who offered kindly to drop off at the hotel. There were 3 house keepers I met on my way to my room in the morning, at least they were warm and friendly.

Very close to airport and airport shuttle parking - Shuttle service was great that the hotel uses and very easy to get a ride to airport and the ride back even easier!

The BED was BRTUAL!!! Probably the worst mattress I have slept on in years! Thank Goodness I only had to sleep there for 4 hours!
