Great location, middle of Boardwalk, helpful staff, great breakfast, well maintained common area. It was a bonus to have a covered outside eating area.
The cons were the bathroom floor could have used a good washing.
The pullout sofa was very uncomfortable and needs a better mattress or topper.

Very clean and the staff was very polite. The only problem that I had was the parking. The parking lot was very small and tight parking space. They do have two other parking lots across the street. Other than that I really enjoyed.
