The Lenox Hotel Boston

Didnt like that i would have to go to the lobby to get coffee, a coffee machine in the room would be nice, i didnt like the trucks picking up the trash containers at 4 am, bathroom a little small but very nice and clean

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Lenox Hotel. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Any requests or questions we had were handled promptly and with a positive attitude, which really enhanced our experience. The location is simply outstanding. It allowed us to fully enjoy the charm and atmosphere of Boston while being within walking distance of many of the city’s most iconic attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods. We spent several days exploring the city without needing a car, and The Lenox served as the perfect home base. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of character. It offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort that made our stay feel special. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and honestly, there was not a single aspect of our stay that left us disappointed. If there were a swimming pool, I would consider this a perfect five-star hotel. Even without one, the overall experience exceeded many luxury five-star chain hotels we have stayed at over the years. The level of service, attention to detail, atmosphere, and location were truly exceptional. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Boston and highly recommend The Lenox Hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Boston experience.

The perfect place to stay in Boston! I will look forward to returning.

This is a fantastic hotel for many reasons. All the hotel staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and right across the street from one of the most beautiful libraries in the US. The convention center is less than 5 minute walk, and Harvard about a 15-20 minute taxi ride. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The hotel has 24 room service and both a pub and an upscale restaurant down stairs. I believe there is a gym, though I have not yet had the opportunity to use it. The rooms range significantly from grandiose with fireplaces to the size of a NY studio apartment (-the kitchen). Last time I stayed in a large room with a fireplace and it was quite luxurious. I came to run the Boston half-marathon and appreciated the warm fire in my room to warm up to afterward (though no hottub was a bummer). This time I came for a work conference and stayed in a shoe-box of a room that was next to the cleaning closet. Surprisingly, I couldn't hear the cleaning people too much at all in the morning. Don't expect a view or a lot of light. But do expect a nice room, nice people, and a fantastic location. 4 starts for cleanliness only because there was some type of marks on the bathroom wall this second time and I notice this kind of thing. Most people might not have even noticed. 5+ starts for everything else.
