Best Western Benton Inn

Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Very clean, needed to check in early, called ahead and staff stated no guarantee. But once there we were able to check in alittle earlier.Everything thing else was good.

This is an older property . First I want to say how kind and sweet the ladies that work there were . I felt very welcome . Our room was the best it possibly could be for the age of the motel . The beds and bedding were comfy and clean . Plenty of towels and everything you could need . Blow dryer , iron , fridge , TV etc . Went to breakfast on the late side and the lady apologized that there wasn’t much there . But there was eggs and sausage pancakes cereal yogurt. Just the pastry type items were already gone . She was so kind. It’s inexpensive I felt for a decent nights sleep . My sister and I felt safe there and that’s important . I would stay there again .

When we drove up, I was totally not impressed by this older property on a very busy stretch of freeway - and I was surprised I had reserved a motel room (door to outside), which I haven’t done in years. However, we were pleasantly surprised by welcoming staff, a clean and comfortable room (no freeway noise), big fluffy towels, and a microwave, refrigerator, TV and breakfast better than our previous night’s stay at a much newer facility (a competitor). And the convenience of parking right at our door! If you need modern decor, this isn’t for you, but if you just need the basics - clean, quiet, comfy - save a few $$ and stay here.
