Amazingly soft beds I wish I had at my home. No phone in my room so couldn’t call down to the desk. Classic hotel lights that took 10 mins to figure out. There was a small step up to the bathroom that I stubbed my toe on several times. My room had some weights attached to the wall… and a tiny fridge at head height. A little surprising. Breakfast was pretty good but the coffee wasn’t great, just filter. Very old lift which was cool but I’d think some would find scary. Great location. I’d definitely stay again.

Nice room with the balcony. Modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast ( they even had ginger shots! ).

I had a fabulous stay at ProfileHotel Copenhagen Plaza two weeks ago. The room overlooked the beautiful Central Station, but with the window closed you couldn't hear a thing! The bathroom was recently renovated, the bed was super soft and the breakfast buffet was excellent!
I also have to give special thanks to the receptionist, Chel, who walked all the way up to fourth floor with me to explain how the lights worked (as I was too stupid for smart lights!).
All in all a fantastic stay, and I am definitely staying here again next time I'm in Copenhagen.
