Friendly and helpful staff, clean quiet room. Nothing fancy, but all we needed

Hotel and the room was very good. We had issue with bathtub knob but there was only 1 person who was managing all the stuffs at the property hence we didn’t get the resolution. We had to compromise and adjust to the situation which was disheartening.
Mr. Jason was very helpful.

Everything was great , spotless , and the staff was terrific . the only problem was ,as senior citizens , we could not figure out how to watch the t.v.. Perhaps in the future you could leave written instructions that are senior friendly next to the tv !
