Stayed here pre-cruise due to convenient location. Was treated so well by front desk staff after a long week prior to vacation. They checked me into an upgraded room early, and gave me hints for where to sight-see. After a refreshing nap and shower, the valets gave me directions to walk to my evening excursion. When I checked out the next morning, same staff at the Front Desk, and Miss Joy was exceptional!! So great, that while on my cruise, I cancelled my post-cruise reservation at another (cheaper) hotel and came back to Le Meridian for a few more nights! I will definitely be looking to stay here again if I return to New Orleans.
The rooms I was in were clean, furnished nicely, had great views, and were large and comfortable. I was able to avail myself of the bar in the lobby and had excellent service and conversation with the bartender while I had an amazing lunch and cocktails between excursions in the city on Monday afternoon.
Checking out was a breeze on both final days of my trip. Complementary breakfast coupon provided an excellent and quick breakfast prior to my flight.
100% recommend staying here!

The toilet in our room was out of order, so the reception exchanged the room to bigger one immediately.
